Welcome New Staff

FOPJC is proud to welcome Jose Ortiz to the staff as the new Community Services Program Coordinator.  Jose holds a BA in Criminal Justice.  He has tons of experience.  He has been employed by Newport News Juvenile Services as a Juvenile Counselor and Hampton Roads Regional Jail as a lieutenant.  Mr. Ortiz is also a graduate of the United Way of South Hampton Roads Minority Leadership Development Program. We are fortunate to have found him!
